Provide support of enhancements, projects and on occasion, critical production issues.

The primary responsibility is to support SAP system for the Motorcycle and PE Busines Apps. You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing SAP based applications written in ABAP. Must have strong communication skills and experience gathering requirements and working closely with the IS Functional Analyst and Project team members. Must Have knowledge and skill sets in each area of support (BW, DP, SNP, GATP, MM, SD, WM, FI). Over 2 years of working experience as an ABAP staff with at least R/3 4.6C, APO 3.0A, BW 3.0B •  5+ years of ABAP development experience. •  Strong analytical and problem solving skills. •  Strong Technical writing and communication skills. Understanding of software development life cycle and/or software development methodology and requires the ability to understand the business processes and translate into a system that will support the business.

Proficient in Remedy and Microsoft Office suites, include MS Word , Excell and Microsoft Project.  Skills in communication and presenting (orally and in writing) to individual and group audiences.  Enthusiastic professional who can develop productive working relationships with internal customers.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting production support problems, working with call center and ISD backend teams to resolve issues, developing mockups, developing/writing  technical documents.
