Job: Business Systems Analyst

The person will be responsible for Business analysis, design specification and system analysis of the Service/Technical Applications projects as well as coordinating and managing projects with vendors and internal units.
Understanding of business and system requirements of the Honda Systems would be desirable.  High-level understanding of programming terminology.
Working knowledge of system development in order to create and maintain programming externals and test program results in keeping with user requirements and information system standards
and methodology.  Ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving and analytical skills to support system applications.  Requires 3-6 years recent experience as a Business Analyst for business
system applications.  Understanding of software development life cycle and/or software development methodology and requires the ability to understand the business processes and translate into
a system that will support the business.  Ability to develop business case, business flow, use cases, screen mockups, test cases, and gap analysis.  Proficient in Remedy and Microsoft Office Suites,
include MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Project.  Skills in communication and presenting (orally and in writing) to individual and group audiences.  Enthusiastic, out-going professional who can
develop productive working relationships with internal customers.  Responsibilities include troubleshooting production support problems, working with call center and ISD backend teams to
resolve issues, developing mockups, developing/writing, technical documents such as design, functional specifications, and test cases based on the business processes.
