Responsible for business analysis, design speciciation, and system analysis of the Dealer Communication System web projects as well as coordinating and managing projects with vendors and internal units.

At least 3-6 years recent experience as a Business Analyst position for web base application over the internet.
Automotive industry experience plus
Working knowledge of system development in order to create and maintain programming externals and test program results in keeping with user requirements and Interactive Networok system standards.
Requires the ability to understand the business processes that can be translated into a system that will support the business.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and/or software development methodology.
Ability to develop business case, business flow, use cases, test cases, gap analysis, and understanding of relational database is required.
Strong knowledge of HTML is desired.
Proficient in Remedy and Microsoft Office suites, include MS Word , Excell and Microsoft Project .   Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as is attention to detail.Presenting (orally and in writing) to individuals and group audiences.
Enthusiastic, out-going professional who can develop productive working relationships with internal customers.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting production support problems, working with call center and ISD backend teams to resolve issues, developing mockups, developing/writing  technical documents such as scope, design, functional specifications based on the business processes.
Would also be involve in coordination of projects in all phases of development cycle with other software development outsource partners.
