Technology Lead is responsible for guiding teams in the full project lifecycle deliver of applications or infrastructure related projects. The Technology Lead will act as the subject matter expert in his/her area of expertise ensuring successful integration of projects with enterprise infrastructure. The Technology Lead role will include hands on technical contribution, providing expert level technical guidance to team members as well as providing varying levels of team and project management. This role will typically report to a senior manager.

In this position, this resource will provide technical oversight of various projects within the HR delivery area. Most projects are currently in the Planning and Analysis phase. The resource will also assist in supporting existing applications under HR Portfolio.
